My Expertise

I bring 35 years of corporate experience working both in house and as an external consultant in complex change. I have been a senior executive myself, with global responsibility for leadership and executive development of a large Australian based global bank. I have worked with many executive teams from a wise variety of sectors to support them through complex transitions as a team and working with individuals in executive coaching to support their growth and personal development. I have experience working in private, public and not for profit sectors in small, medium, national and multi-national organisations. I have worked across multiple industries including Banking and Finance, FMCG, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Healthcare, Insurance, Tech and Digital Consulting, Higher Education, Emergency Services.
