Hello, I’m Kellie

I am coach, a mother, a sister, a loyal friend, a painter, a cancer survivor, and a lover of gardens and books. Life has taught me that growth often comes through challenge, and everything I’ve learned both personally and professionally, informs the work I do today.

For 30 years, I’ve worked with leaders and organisations navigating major transformations. I quickly realised that real change isn’t only about processes or structures, it’s about the people within them: their histories, their patterns, their capacity to show up as their authentic selves. Even before I trained as a coach, I found myself guiding leaders through uncertainty, tension, and the messy, human side of growth, helping them notice what was happening beneath the surface, and how to move through it with awareness and integrity.

My deepest calling, however, came through my own body. A rare autoimmune illness in my early thirties forced me to slow down and truly listen. I discovered the intelligence of the body and the power of somatic practice to heal, regulate, and transform. That insight became the foundation of all my work: change happens through embodiment.

I work with adults navigating big life transitions, relational ruptures, leadership crossroads, or stress and trauma held in the body. My approach is rooted in three truths:

Healing, growth, and transformation all begin in relationship — with yourself, others, and the systems you inhabit.

The body leads the way — through somatic practices, we sense, release, and shift patterns that keep you stuck and bring you into deeper connection with your inner world.

Systems and context matter — understanding the wider social, organisational, and relational dynamics allows change to be sustainable. Every family, workplace, and social system leaves its imprint. By exploring how these systems have influenced you, we can uncover the roots of old patterns and create lasting, authentic change.

I’ve witnessed what happens when someone grows while the people or systems around them don’t, the tension, the distance, the longing for more. I help you navigate those moments with presence, awareness, and practical tools to reclaim your capacity to respond rather than react. Whether we’re working on relationships, leadership, or life transitions, the approach is the same: we start in the body, honour your experience, and cultivate sustainable growth from the inside out.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: humans are multi-faceted beings, capable of expressing the full range of themselves. Yet life conditions us to adapt and we shrink, hide, or wear masks. My role as a coach is to help you strip back those masks, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and step into the wholeness of who you really are.

If this resonates, let’s connect. Book a complimentary clarity call, and we can explore what you’re navigating and whether I’m the right guide for your journey.

Lets work together
